As Project Manager and General Manager, he is known for his leadership, technical expertise, and ability to deliver projects ranging from $20,000 to over $18 million with a strong focus on quality, safety, and client satisfaction.

Anthony Koeck is a graduate of UBCO’s engineering program and currently serves as Civil Manager at True Construction. As an Engineer in Training (EIT), Anthony combines formal engineering knowledge with his over 20 years of hands-on construction experience. He has managed and supervised a wide range of civil projects, including the GR Baker ICU+ED civil works, Barriere water system upgrade, and the St. Paul Medical Building. Known for his strong problem-solving abilities, Anthony is recognized for developing ingenious solutions to complex site challenges. Thomas Gibson has been a key member of the True Construction team since 2010, bringing nearly 40 years of experience in the construction industry.
